Our staff and skilled, experienced and trained up to level 3. We ensure that each member of staff is registered to complete their level 3 within six months of beginning their employment. After our thorough recruitment procedure, staff are required to complete an induction process. Staff also are enrolled with the Holywell training department to continue with their continuing professional development and other necessary training to support them in their work with children. Our diverse members of staff are caring and highly skilled individuals. Our staff ensure that the children in our care reach their ultimate potential. Our Manager is hands on in ensuring that any concerns are dealt with in an efficient and professional manner. The safety and happiness of the children is our main priority.
