Charlotte has over 5 years’ experience of caring for children and young people. Charlotte works alongside her team to ensure the best outcomes for all our young people providing each with their own personised plan of progression and care.

Charlotte currently holds her NVQ Level 3 in residential Child Care and is working towards her Level 5 in Leadership and Management in caring for young people.

Holly holds a BTEC ND in Early Years, a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, a BA in Child, Young Person and Family Studies with Applied Social Sciences, a Certificate in Education, Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector, and a Level 4 CMI Diploma in Leadership and Management. Holly has extensive knowledge and 20 years’ experience in working with children, young people and families, and 7 years specifically in Residential Childcare.

Don-Collins holds NVQ Level 3 Care, NVQ Level 4 in Caring for Children and Young people, Level 3 Certificate ESOL English for speakers of other languages, a diploma in networking, and a Diploma of Higher Education in Level 7 Strategic Leadership and Management in caring for young people and children. Don-Collins has expertise in caring for children and young people for over 17 years and vast experience in supporting and working with children with complex needs. He has been a Registered Manager since 2013.

Sabe Connor is responsible for the whole of Holywell Care Group. She is a registered social worker and ensures that the homes, our services, and support provision remains at a very high standard. Her focus is on providing a caring and nurturing environment for the Holywell Group and that the care service complies with the statutory and regulatory requirements.

Stacey has over 7 years’ experience in working with children and young people and has seen positive outcomes from the care provided. Stacey has worked closely with Registered Managers to ensure that the homes maintain good standards.

Stacey holds an NVQ Level 3 in Residential Child Care, a Level 2 Certificate in team Leading, an NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Caring for Young People and children and is an Intermediate Lead Trainer for Team Teach (Positive behaviour support).
